ABOUT
After graduating with a BSc (Hons) degree in Food Science from Leeds University, I embarked on a career working for some of the biggest and the most innovative brands in British food. Working in NPD, Innovation, Development, Technical and Process roles, my experience spans various food categories from baby food to nut butters to everything you'd see in a Pret cafe and more.
My passion for food started in childhood when cooking dinner for the whole family at just 13, then working as a chef whilst studying for A-levels. Being obsessed with food means I strive for perfection. I'm always learning about new foods, ingredients, processes, and I’ll challenge the norm to get the best results.
