My passion for food started in childhood when cooking dinner for the whole family at just 13, then working as a chef whilst studying for A-levels. Being obsessed with food means I strive for perfection. I'm always learning about new foods, ingredients, processes, and I’ll challenge the norm to get the best results.

 

Now with 16 years experience working in NPD, Technical, Innovation and process roles I have had the opportunity to work across multiple product categories launching award winning recipes for leading brands including Pret a Manger, Pip & Nut, and many more.
